- There are a number of retailers who have signed letters of intent, but haven’t finalized their leases yet. As soon as they finalize, I will be able to let you know who there are. Until then, we only get basics:
- A local upscale, handcrafted, men’s shoe store
- A children’s boutique
- 2 Ladies boutiques
- A high end salon
- A thai restaraunt
- A sushi restaraunt
- A sports bar
- A high end fine arts and gift shop
- The first phase of these shops will be open in July or August of 2006
