I just helped a client purchase a home in a new subdivision called The Highlands at Wesley Chapel this week. This East Cobb swim/tennis community is located on Wesley Chapel Road and Sandy Plains Road and is currently in phase 1 of construction. There are homes ready to move into as well as homes being built and ready to be customized to your specific needs. Phase 2 is in the development phase and homes are not being constructed as of yet, but a waiting list is being compiled.
